“I worked with Tom on a garage edition at my residence in Omaha. This was a small project compared to most other projects on Tom’s resume. At our initial meeting he said we would become part of his family and I would see him every day from the beginning of the project until the end. At this point I wondered if he had ever been a used car salesman before starting his construction company! Never-the-less, I signed a contract and found that his words and promises were real. I did, indeed see him every day; he treated my project like it was one he was building for his family. He spotted a small problem in the framing phase and the next day it was redone to his satisfaction. It was a “problem” that the average consumer would never have spotted. He and his assistant supervised every phase, he made valuable suggestions to my design ideas, and I ended up with the “perfect” garage, greenhouse and laundry room remodel.

It has been almost two years and I haven’t found anything that I would have changed; not bad for someone who has never built anything. After the construction phase was finished Tom came back to help hang shelves and put the finishing touches on the project.
